Preparation of sahlap drink
Preparation: Pour half a liter (2.5 cups) of milk into the heating pot. Add 3 tablespoons (60 grams) of Sahlab Al Zahraa and stir well until completely dissolved. Put it on a low heat, stirring constantly, until it boils and becomes thick and homogeneous. Remove it from the heat and let it cool for five minutes, stirring continuously from time to time. Pour the mixture into cups and garnish with cinnamon, grated coconut and nuts. It can be drunk hot or cold.
