The use of halal gelatin in the preparation of desserts
How to use: Boil 100 milliliters (half a cup) of water in a heating pot. Add the contents of one sachet (12 g) of gelatin. Continue to heat, stirring constantly, over low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Leave it to cool slightly (for about five minutes) and then use it to coat sweets, fruits, or as needed. Flavors and food colors can also be added to the mixture as needed during the heating process. The degree of rigidity required for gelatin can be controlled by increasing or decreasing the amount of water used.
